ICS Arabia was contracted for design-build the state-of-the-art VTC Studios and custom development of eMajlis solution for his Excellency Governor of Madinah state. The requirement included the design and commissioning of multiple remote VTC conferencing studios within each regional city of the Madinah State.
We were assigned to provide customized solution for eMajlis Telepresence that included IT and ICT infrastructure design and installation, and eMajlis solution development. AV Telepresence solution allows transmitting live videos, audio feed, and document camera feed from remote towns to the Governors Palace eMajlis allowing citizens to voice their requests in an efficient and respectable manner. The highest protocol Cybersecurity systems were implemented.
Our work also included facility upgrade, and custom fit-out, including related MEP engineering, extensive AV Systems implementation, and Integrated Lighting and Control systems.
